Dear Ambassador Dr. Karki,
It is with my great pleasure to invite you to the State of Georgia on June 14, 2015 to accept the Earthquake
Relief fund collected via the Nepalese Association of Georgia (NAG) with the help of the Nepalese and Nepalese
origin people and friends of Nepal residing in Georgia. This invitation is on behalf of all our community members.
It is very unfortunate two massive earthquakes hit Nepal on April 25, 20015 and on May 12, 2015 that has
caused unimaginable destructions and casualties in different parts of the country. With that in mind NAG, a
501(c)(3) registered nonprofit organization, had launched a rapid response to provide immediate medical
supplies and medicine assistance to the injured. With the earthquake aftershocks now calming down, we want
to focus our efforts on rebuilding efforts and want to partner with the Government of Nepal in this endeavor by
donating the collected financial donations to the Prime Minister Relief Fund. And to this effect, we would like to
handover the check to the Government of Nepal via your esteemed office in a public ceremony, and we would
request your physical presence to accept the donation on behalf of the Government of Nepal.
