Online registration is now closed. THANK YOU for proactively registering yourself and the family members before the event. We have received 688 online registrations for this year summer picnic. We look forward to seeing you all at the event.
On last day we received 128 registrations. For our next event we encourage our members to be little more proactive to grab the early bird discounts. Our next big event is Dashain-Tihar Celebration Night in October 2023.

Early RSVP and registration help organizing Team pre-plan unforeseeable circumstances. Mainly help us pre-plan food estimate so there is no waste or not enough for participants (adults or child). Summer picnic is FREE for all pre-registered guests. Online registration will close on July 10, 2023. On-site registration is $10. One entry per adult and child. For an example, if you have total of 5 (2 adults and 3 child) members participating in summer picnic, you must enter 5 times.
