Candidacy Nomination Form and Fee

  • You must submit your nomination with the candidacy filing fee between March 10, 2017 and March 22, 2017.
  • You must signup/renew your membership by March 22, 2017. Membership Signup 
  • Only fully paid nomination fee and membership fee by March 22, 2017 via NAG Online will be considered valid candidacy filing for 2017 Election.
  • To officially file your nomination, please select appropriate form Title, fill in all the information, click BUY NOW,  review your Shopping Bag and then click on Check out with PayPal.  You will then be prompted to complete payment via PayPal ( you do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal, credit cards are accepted).

* A friendly reminder to save all your receipts, credit card statement, PayPal, NAG website notifications.
