Updated: March 28, 2023: Our new date for the Walk and Run will be on April 9th, Sunday 9:00 AM. See you all promptly on time.

Due to inclement weather, We have decided to cancel the Walk and Run for March 12th, 2023 until further notice. Once we confirm the future date, we will let you know.

We are writing this email to relay the message we received from Brook Run Park today – We wanted to let you know that if the weather for tomorrow is not clear (IF CONTINUOUS RAINING) by 9 AM, the park WILL NOT ALLOW us to organize the event and we will have no choice but to POSTPONE the Walk and Run for another date!

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused to you, our volunteers, and all the people involved in making this event happen. We understand how important this event was for everyone involved, and we are equally disappointed.

We are closely monitoring the weather, and if the weather is CLEAR, then the event will continue as we planned. Please check the weather or wait for our communication before leaving for the event.

Dear Community Members,

We need your help! Please preregister to help us plan and execute Walk n Run smoothly on the day of event. Registration and liability waiver is required to participate in this event. Pre-registration will help us personalize running number bibs which will be ready for pickup at the event. After you have paid your registration fee, please allow us some time to update the registered name list.
